- Accept designed exhibition stand (designs and constructions)
- Issue the power of attorney on our company, granting to us the right to speak on behalf of your company.

Then we will do the following:

- We develop the design of the exhibition stand of your company
- We will contact ReedMidem (organizers of an exhibition) and transfer all organizational questions on us (for correctness of registration, a documentary part)
- We develop (if it is required) the concept of your participation in MIPIM (an advertising campaign, copywritting, design and all the rest creative)
- We prepare all necessary materials to build your exhibition stand
- We make installation (with the subsequent dismantle) of all constructions
- We solve all questions connected with power suply, water, drains, the Internet and phone lines
- We provide you with professional light, sound, and video equipment
- We will take video / photos of your participation in MIPIM
- We make transportation of all promo materials and exhibition samples
- We insure the exhibition stand and all your property.
